Very good
we booked a executive Room for 2 Adults. When we arrived there was a Double Bed and a Childrens bed all set up which made the room very cluttered and no room to use the armchair. when we told reception they said that we had booked for 2 Adults and 1 child but clearly we had not because we don’t have a child so they blamed it on Booking.Com for the mistake. I showed her my booking for 2 Adults only.

The staff were so friendly and did not hesitated when we asked for anything it was right around the corner to city centre food was lovely hotel was so clean absolutely loved my stay

Good hotel choice for Bolton
The hotel was good in every respect, but the very positive attitude of the staff really gave an added value to that. They were polite and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They made us feel relaxed even when we were the last people at breakfast, nearly at checkout time.
The bathroom was a little narrow, although the facilities were good.

bedroom was too warm, the heating controls didn’t make any changes and the window was open for our stay.

I had the Innercalm and Mindful treatments which consisted of facial and full body massage.
Leanne was so proffessional and accomodating. I am not someone who can relax easy even though I love going to spa's, however Leanne worked her magic and was able to make me completely switch off and chill out. My skin was glowing and the products ESPA smelt gorgeous. I would definitely recommend this spa and beauty therapist, definitely will come back. Rooms and food were lovely.

We have been using this hotel every time we came to visit our daughter at University. (Which is a 20 minute walk away.)So four years. It is the perfect place. Easy check in and out. Polite, happy reception staff. Free parking. It is worth paying a little extra for a larger room but the standard rooms are perfectly fine also.
Breakfast is pretty much your normal hotel buffet. Cooked food, pastries, bread/toast, cereals, drinks etc. A little over priced but cheaper if you book it online when you book your room.
Evening menu at the bar if you didn’t want the restaurant.
Our daughter has since left Uni this year So I will miss coming up to visit Bolton and this hotel

Friendly staff excellent service welcoming staff who are always happy to help. Accommodation was in good condition and very clean. Pool service was great also jacuzzi and suana service was very good and hygienic
