Stayed for the night in the executive suit. The price I can only guess is purely for the view of the pitch. The rooms could do with a little TLC as the seem quite tired and dated. The rest of the main hotel is well presented and the staff were helpful. Breakfast is a usual buffet style does not warrant almost £20 as in a premier inn you get the same selection for less than half the price. Location good for a wander around the shops. Overall it was an ok hotel but wouldn't be in a rush to return ourselves.

The staff at this hotel are some of the friendliest people I have ever met they were very helpful always cheerful and very professional. The room was spacious spotlessly clean the bed was very comfortable the pillows were so nice I wanted to bring them home with me (I didn't but was tempted ) the only criticism I would have is that the room was very hot due to the brilliant weather we had while we were there and a fan would have been helpful it may have been available but we did not ask. The hotel is surrounded by so many amenities we were spoilt for choice of places to eat although we did sample the food at the hotel and can confirm it was very good value for money and very tasty.

Warm friendly welcoming staff, easily booked online with reminder and directions which were clear. Good value for money, use of gym, swimming pool if staying and breakfast excellent. Would recommend ..

Booked here at the last minute (literally) and was glad I did. Was up in the area on business and stayed just the one night. Rooms were well furnished, spacious and spotless. Check in was friendly and efficient. Ate in the restaurant and the food was fantastic as was the service. Buffet breakfast was good too with a varied choice and well cooked. All of this at a very reasonable price! Highly recommended

I booked 2 rooms at this hotel as we needed to be in the area for a christening. It was a good choice in terms of value for money, location, & service.
Whilst it was meant purely as a place to sleep we ended up having a lovely relaxing afternoon & evening and an impromptu dinner with other members of the family some of whom were not residents.
We were looked after admirably by Adam and his Team - who had anticipated our needs and kindly set us up a table for 8 with a highchair in the brasserie. The service was second to none both in the bar before our meal and at our meal. Food was excellent, as was breakfast the next morning.
The only little grumble was the check-in. I had guaranteed the rooms with credit card and payment was taken on arrival. No mention was made about charging things to our account and I wrongly assumed that a pre-auth for this would have been automatic. This was not the case, nor was anything said about charging F&B items during our stay. My first order of drinks at the bar resulted in me having to go back down to reception to have my card authorised.
All in all, I would choose to stay here again purely as a result of the service we received in the bar and brasserie. The F&B staff were a credit to the hotel and the atmosphere in the bar/lounge relaxing.

For the price it was perfect for our night after visiting Parklife. It is a lovely hotel we were pleasantly surprised as we weren't expecting something on this scale for the money. I've only given it 3 stars because regardless off the amount of alcohol we had consumed neither of us slept the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were way too hard so was impossible to get comfortable. That said we would come back to stay over if we were in the area. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on the food but it did smell good as we were leaving.

This is an amazing place to stay. We had a pitch view room and it was fantastic. All staff were great. Food prices a bit steep but lots of choice a short walk away. Would stay again. Breakfast was £10 each even for the kids which was a lot but there is a harvester across the road.
