Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We did have a problem which was sorted without an issue.
Although prices haven't increased since visiting last time, you now get less for your money, breakfast wasn't included in the price I paid last time. It was available at an extra cost.
check-in time is different on booking.com (3pm) hotel 2pm. Didn't realise this and booked the spa suit at 3.30pm, this could have been booked earlier if realised sooner. I did call to reschedule, all fully booked.

Enjoyed our stay,the only let down was the staff are not very friendly especially the lady who struggles with a lisp by
Property is lovely and the rooms still contain baths which is an issue at a lot of places now.
