Perfect for what I was needing
Perfect for what I needed it for. Just off the motorway, free Parking, 12pm checkout, boxing event on site, bar was busy but efficient, loads of amenities in retail park near by.
WiFi was hit or miss, my o2 reception was non existent, floor level did not match rooms numbers, which is first I’ve seen that in a hotel 😂

Nice hotel - communication poor
Good hotel clean and tidy
Only bar food - restaurant close, okay if you like burgers and pizza!! Would have been better service if it was mentioned on booking - that I would need to find somewhere to eat at night

Breakfast lacking. Dinner menu rubbish. Staff amazing.
The reception staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room and bed were fine, although the layout of the hotel rooms are not easy if you have trouble with stairs. The rooms are not on one level.
Unfortunately the breakfast was lacking, not a great deal to choose from,the croissants were rock hard. We had looked at the dinner menu on the hotel site,had chosen before going down to dinner. Once in the dining/ bar area we were given a bar menu with a few choices. Apparently the web site wasn't changed and the full menu wasn't available.
