I absolutely cannot recommend Anne @ Flawless Physique highly enough! Have been having a lot of pain in my arm/shoulder and had another treatment with her yesterday. This morning I have so much less pain and more mobility and she knew exactly where the pain is coming from in order to treat it correctly. I also have had pigmentation removal.. again with fantastic results. To anyone needing help with sports injury/muscle tension or any others treatment.. skin tag/lesion removal, manual lymphatic drainage etc.. the treatments are amazing .

Friendly helpful syaff, comfy bed and the breakfast was really good. The room and parts of the hotel were quite dated and tired but the spa was lovely.
The room wasnt turned over though (we stayed 2 night's) which was a shame.

Nice hotel for a one night stay.
The Spa facilities were nice, and staff were friendly. The bar and restaurant looked lovely with a nice atmosphere, albeit we didn't have the chance to make use. The room was clean and spacious.
The pillows were very uncomfortable, which left both my friend and I with aching necks and headaches, and it was extremely hot in the night. The doors also slam shut every time. In the middle of the night I was woke up a number of times by other guests talking in the corridor and going in their room. it actually makes the bed shake a little when the door slams. I also would say that in the thermal spa, there was some really inappropriate behaviour by other couples, which made it uncomfortable and awkward for us and other guests. Another lady and her daughter got out and left because she felt too uncomfortable. I appreciate you can't control peoples behaviour, but having some supervision of that area might help. Everyone is entitled to enjoy the facilities without feeling like they are in someone's bedroom. On a final point, we arrived in the evening, around 6pm and there wasn't enough parking. We had to perch on the very end where there wasn't a space, which wasn't ideal.

Good service although I did struggle to get through to anyone on the phone on several occasions. Really friendly and helpful when I did manage to get through.

The welcome on arrival and the friendliness of all of the staff. The bed was very comfortable, especially the pillows.

The room was clean,warm,comfortable and quiet. The staff were lovely. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and the food was delicious.
Obviously the location isn't picturesque but it was very convenient for a function we were attending and easily accessible.
