I only stayed the one night using hotel as a stopover for a business trip so I cannot comment on all the associated amenities.

Arrived a lot later than expected but received a very friendly and professional welcome.

Free wifi which worked well and very handy for work etc.

My only minor and I mean minor criticism was the room temperature was unbelievably hot but I was too lazy to look for thermostat or phone reception so that was my fault.

The breakfast was a hot or continental buffet with a wide choice to satisfy everyone.

The hotel staff gave a real impression they care which sometime you do not receive in the bigger hotels

This was a real pleasure to stay here and I will definitely be using it again, on business or leisure trips.

The hotel was excellent and a lot better than I expected

Nothing wrong at all with this hotel, however it was indifferent to a premier inn or such like. The rooms were clean and comfortable - but no 4* touches.
The food - very nice
The service from all staff - great - but again - nothing I haven't received from a medium rate hotel.
Nothing bad to say - but would not particularly choose to stay here over the PI over the road . . price will be the decider.

Wonderful! polite staff we will visit again. Unfortunately the fire alarm disturbed our sleep hut other wise the bed was comfy and the noise wasn't to loud. Lovely to experience the football crowds too

Enjoyed the 2 days we spent at this hotel. We were there to watch the football and also see friends so it was ideal. Had a room on the 5th floor which was a double en-suite. The bathroom was good size with a shower over bath. Very clean hotel with friendly, pleasant staff. Drinks from bar were expensive. Menu for bar food was good and prices reasonable. Would recommend this hotel and intend to return again soon. Only negative was fire alarm going off at 5.30am on day we were leaving due to idiots returning from a music festival in the stadium, smoking Cannabis in the room above. Not good when facing a 6 hour drive home!

I have stayed at the hotel before really did like it then. But things have changed it was good to the extent of too much noise coming from the bar.The fire alarm went off at 6 am and was on for half and hour in every room which was not very nice no one was offered anything for that. But overall staff were friendly and are nice.

This place is a bit characterless - that would be my only complaint.

Otherwise expect what you get in a travel lodge, bland, clean simple bedrooms.

I would add to that however, that food and drink is available in the hotel, as is room service, so all in all its a nice place to lay your head.

I decide to stay at this hotel because there was an excellent discounted rate. I was not disappointed, the hotel is well located for the M61 with ample parking. The rooms are well appointed and "not tired" as so many are these days. I did not use the restaurant but could see that it and the bar area were equally well appointed. There are a number of chain eateries close to the hotel. Would I use this hotel again ? Yes, particularly if discounted rates were available.

This is a good Hotel lovely staff good rooms & Great amenities .
Nothing was too much trouble .When we complained about the pillows we were supplied with feather ones,
The breakfast was very good plenty of choice, When I complained the sausages were cold hot ones were sourced as was the case with the pastries.
The only blight was our terrible nights sleep on the Saturday night which was ruined by revellers shouting outside in the early hours followed by the fire alarm going off at 5.30am for over half an hour . We returned home feeling very jaded !!!!
We did complain on booking out & the staff did apologise . This was followed up the next day with a telephone call from Damion Chadwick the Hotel Events Manager apologising for our awful night & the offer of a free stay in the future, If we do return we will check if there are any events on before booking !!!!!!
Highly recommend the Spa had a great massage.

Decent hotel, however too many trainee staff without sufficient supervision. Did not get any sleep at all because of fire alarms going off through the night because other hotel stayers were smoking. We recognise that this is not the fault of the hotel, however, the money we spent to enjoy a peaceful nights sleep was not money well spent.
