Size of room Effort at reception n public areas all pink themed Comfy big bed
Thick dust clinging to wallpaper on bed wall We didn't get told breakfast was included until we got home it was inside the room card holder on right side Nothing on booking.com or not told by staff on check in!!!! Cost us 25 over road at harvester for breakfast!

Exceptional
The village was very nicely done and the spa facilities are great. Comfortable clean rooms
Inconsistency in the rooms. We travelled in 2 groups. 1 group had robes slippers and chocolates on the pillow the other didnt get any of these. The rooms decor seem a little dated although they are nice.

The only window in our room overlooked the hallway. We had to shut the curtains permanently as we had event staff looking through the window.
