Property is always clean, in a good location.
The rise in prices to stay, coupled with the new charge to use the spa facilities, also they have implemented a booking system to use the Spa for only 50 mins between 13:00 - 19:00. Don’t serve ‘hot food’ after 21:30, asked for a Sticky Toffee pudding and was told no.

Big enough to make it easy to get around, some gyms have lots of equipment stuffed into little space. It, like every gym gets busy at peak time, but not too bad at all. Range of equipment is good, but another Smith machine would be really good. Best gym I've been in .

I don't often write reviews but I do when the service has been exceptional. ADK Law (Tom Ellor) has been fantastic. It took us 2 years to sell our house due to 2 very difficult buyers and lots of hurdles along the way. We've sold a number of houses in the past so we're use to the conveyancer process and can say with experience that ADK Law provide what you need... good communication, easy to get hold of, transparent and you can trust them to do everything in a timely manor (in our case everything our end was done very quickly and we were always waiting on the buyers solicitors). Would recommend them to anyone wanting an decent conveyancer service ! Can not recommend them highly enough!

We were attending a memorial so just needed a base for one night, so maybe a little pricey (but was through Booking.com)
Location. Parking availability. Retail park close by. Reception staff attentive. All communal areas clean & tidy with a high class appearance.
Bedroom looked and felt tired. No USB ports in bedroom and no plug sockets by bedside. It poured with rain on checkout & needed to get to car but reception had no umbrellas for such a purpose - luckily one was found in lost property for temporary use.

Excellent staff making for a very pleasant stay
Friendly staff, good food and very comfortable bed. The pool is perfect for leisurely swim or workout and enjoyed the spa. didn’t get to see all of the grounds or experience the pub!

Pleasant
We have stayed at the hotel several times over the past 3 years for birthdays and anniversaries and have thoroughly enjoyed every stay we have had, we always ensure to book the executive double and use the spa facilities. However, on our most recent stay we did not have the most enjoyable time; unfortunately the music playing around the swimming pool area was similar the night club music, (around 6-6.30pm) which was overly loud and not relaxing at all. We then headed into the hydro-pool which was not much warmer than the swimming pool where in the past when we've stayed it has usually been much hotter. This hasn't put us off staying in the future but just wanted to forward these issues that we have had from our recent stay.
