The staff were top class all round but the lady on reception who checked us in was exceptional in the way she dealt with our very early arrival. On the day I even made contact with the manager to tell how well we had been looked after

Wanted an extra fee for early check in. Didn't find the staff accommodating in this way for our stay.

Spa very clean brilliant facilities, breakfast really good, staff friendly and helpful room clean
We were in the court yard rooms and it's very noisy If you have a ground floor, we were right next to the steps as well which didn't help with the early morning traffic checking out.

No music in the bar, just constant football on the large TV, would be better with music channels or YouTube for a better atmosphere

having to book time at the pool and spa cleanliness, there was a thick layer of dust in the bottom of the closet. no air conditioning £60 for breakfast for a family of four.
