Disappointing
Large room, nice food in restaurant.
Large queue for check in then wasn't ready. Booked Exec room but wasn't in Exec block. Room dated and poorly cleaned. Dust and flies on window sill. Stains on carpet. Complex very busy and noisy. Queues to sit and eat.

Dawn is a fabulous dog groomer. I honestly cannot fault her at all and I’m fussy who my girls go to! Her work speaks for itself if you look at her before and after photos. However, more importantly, I know my fur babies are being looked after. They are so happy to see her. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! If you’re looking for a highly skilled groomer, then look no more because you’ve found her! :-)

Nice 3 days but would need to really consider if I stayed again.
Pretty quiet away from noise and motorways. Restaurant was nice and spa was decent.
Rooms rather dated. I understand the feel of the place but it could do with some modernization especially for the price.

Not only that, George was always extremely courteous and professional, offering advice when we were making our choices but also listening to our own preferences.
