Loved this place. The room was large and well presented. The spa was great. Lots of different steam and sauna choices and a pool too. The hot pool actually opened up into the outdoors and was a great feature. Food was lovely in the evening and the buffet breakfast was excellent with tons of choice. The staff were really helpful and went out of their way to help. Will definitely be going back.

We got married in the harmony suite at the last drop in May 2022, which was an amazing day as per my trip advisor review. 8 weeks later we needed a wake for my husband's mother, Liz at the last drop yet again could not of been more helpful in a stressful situation. We used the harmony suite again which was perfect as it is quiet and away from the main hotel for privacy. The food was excellent and Zoe who helped manage the wake was as excellent as she was on our wedding day. Thanks Liz and Zoe for all your help. Would highly recommend the last drop if in need of a venue for a wake.

Love this Place . Cannot fault it . The facilities are excellent. The treatments are fab . I struggle to relax but not here I'm so chilled out. The sauna & steam rooms very clean and lovely to relax in ! The pool I love as I love swimming, however this can be quite busy as children are allowed in therefore parents bring and have a fun chilled day .
The Restaurant is excellent the food is delicious & cooked to perfection .
Staff are warm friendly & approachable ! The manager of the Restaurant is wonderful . He's funny quirky and knows how to Deliver a service with a smile .
He is so experienced He's aware of what each Venue requires.

The accommodation was spacious, comfortable and value for money for a business trip. Whilst the restaurant food was very good both in the evening and for breakfast, I was disappointed that my request for porridge at breakfast resulted in a salty gruel in the first instance. Despite my request for an unsalted slightly thicker version I was again presented with a salted though thicker porridge. I gave up and had an alternate breakfast. I'm puzzled as to why the porridge wasn't simply left plain for the receiptent to add either sugar or salt. It should be a customers choice and not one foisted on the diner. This aspect is the reason for the 3 stars for service as overall the staff such as Zoe at breakfast, Jasmine for the evening meal and Jean on reception were very friendly and professional. I would stay again and hopefully the porridge will pass muster :).

We stayed on a spa break and the overall experience was ok. The staff were really helpful & friendly so they canât be faulted and the food was nice but the facilities werenât great. The spa isnât very luxury.. it was very overcrowded and the âinfinity poolâ looks out over the main car park so not very relaxing. Our hotel room was very dirty.. even crumbs all over the floor so it clearly hadnât been hoovered. It doesnât look the same as online so we really overpaid compared to other spa breaks and probably wouldnât go back.

Had afternoon tea here with my daughter , service was good food was ok not 100%. Wasn't alot of choice and I think there should be a menu to say what was on the finger sandwiches.

We had day pass for spa, afternoon tea and hot stone massage. Both therapists were excellent. Loved the spa facilities and hydro pool. Afternoon tea was delicious. Would definitely go back.
Only slight negative got given stained towel but staff changed. Did see cleaner dragging used towels along floor to clean. Only criticism

For the cheap package deals you can get I am sure this hotel and spa are perfectly acceptable. However if you are after just being a member of the gym I would consider carefully.
The equipment is very old, and that would be ok if it was ever maintained. The one Rower is always running rough, the spin bikes clunk as do the gym bikes. Is this acceptable at ÂŁ40 plus a month.

Came to see before rebooking for a break as they was building last time. Iâm glad I did as the houses theyâve built ruin the view. Which was one of the reasons I used to come. The room are lovely and spacious and very clean. The staff was always lovely.
