I used ADK law for the conveyancing of a high-rise leasehold flat purchase in London. William Speakman, our conveyancing solicitor, was excellent. He responded to emails promptly and kept us very well informed throughout the process with regular updates. Jinni was professional and efficient throughout, responding promptly and thoroughly to all my emails and queries.When a report that came back proved worrying she patiently listened to my concerns and offered excellent counsel while ensuring the decision of how to proceed was entirely my own. My move was completed in just over three months at the quoted price which was highly competitive. We had a very complicated ground rent clause on our lease and the managing agents were also very poor with communication.
It was a difficult sale with many flats in our development seeing their sales fall through. Tom navigated this difficult sale with excellence, he was always quick to respond and took the time to explain to us the nuances of the process and its challenges.
