I failed to declare some damage to my vehicle accidentally - it was identified upon inspection and I was expecting them to disproportionately devalue my car.
I was surprised to hear the very reasonable adjusted valuation, barely any lower than what they originally offered based off of my photo submissions, so I happily accepted, especially as the omission was entirely my fault.
I also forgot to record my V5C number. I contacted them about this over a weekend and before I had even started my morning the following working day, they had already replied to my email and sent proof & confirmation that the relevant bodies had been notified meaning I had zero extra admin to do my end.
Great service overall and a nice change to other dealers I have sold to in the past who made selling a car painful. 10/10

It’s a really nice place and the staff are so lovely and happy to help. It really is a pleasant experience when you ring up a clinic and the person on the phone is friendly and happy to help. I have been nervous for nearly a year knowing that I will have to have my tooth taken out but it was really fast and the staff are friendly the dentist who did it was very nice and calm and I felt relaxed and not scared. It didn’t hurt at all
