We used GM windows for a new composite front and back door, and 7 new windows with frames. The quote provided was very reasonable and £1000 cheaper than a like for like quote I received. The fitters were absolutely fantastic, and I couldn't be happier with the finished product.

George came within the week of contact to conduct a survey and was very knowledgeable about the products on the market, giving the pros and any cons of each product but did not push any sales whatsoever. He was clearly really passionate about his business which came across when meeting him, and was one of the deciding factors for me. He then provided a very reasonable quote which was over £1000 cheaper than a like for like quote I received. The quote was very comprehensive and included a breakdown of the cost, including a full description and visuals of each product ordered. The doors both came with one of the best locks on the market which was a bonus. Kelly was fantastic in facilitating some alterations to the quote.<br><br>Matt and his apprentice Leo came to fit the windows and were great. They were on time each day and were straight into the job. Matt is a very experienced fitter and took a great deal of pride in his work, ensuring the highest quality fit. I couldn't be happier with the service provided and couldn't recommend these guys enough.

Wonderful production, a great cast and thoroughly enjoyable show. Went to see Brassed Off here and was amazed at just how brilliant it was. Such multi-talented actors, a well told story and thoroughly enjoyable music, quite honestly one of the best plays I have seen. If you are able to get a ticket i highly recommend it. Also, the staff here are also THE BEST! Such lovely, warm, welcoming and helpful people, everyone we came across was brilliant and helped us to have a wonderful night out. If you haven’t been, you must!

I've been coming to the last drop with my family over the past 20 years, for special occasions and for random treat stays.
My husband and stayed here the day after our wedding last year and had the loveliest time and booked again for two days this year, noting that it was our first wedding anniversary, and they very kindly upgraded us to the same room we stayed in last year - a feature suite in the cottages.
We've had the nicest two days in really gorgeous surroundings,
There really isn't much to fault them on at all, the view from the spa pool outside is a bit disappointing - a nice feature wall of plants or something pretty to look at would be nice to block looking out at the carpark and houses, and the inside of the spa could do with a pressure wash in parts, and the chairs in the restaurant are a bit past their best, but overall that's the only not great things I can think of.
The service and food are my favourite bits of The Last Drop, both being immaculate.
Specifically the reception, restaurant and bar staff - the younger wait staff are so polite and helpful. And reception can't do enough for you. The surroundings are great as well with the little boutiques and views over the hills.
We've always enjoyed every meal we've eaten here, specifically the desserts which are stunning, and the breakfast is great, though a few cheeses / meats to the continental selection would be a nice addition.
Overall we absolutely love it up at the Last Drop and are always sad to have to leave.
