We stay at this hotel twice a year when visiting family, and it has always been a comfortable and welcoming place. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, with Lydia and Irene standing out in particular. They even remembered us from our last visit and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.
The hotel is dog-friendly, which is a big plus for us. Although the decor is a little dated and some areas feel a bit worn, this is reflected in the cost, which is very reasonable. It’s always clean and well-maintained, so we really can’t complain. The breakfast is consistently good and the room service is fantastic.
Even during holiday periods, the rates remain affordable. And the views across Bolton are a nice bonus. Thank you!

These people can work miracles... Went in with an unusual sized, 40 year old mortice lock with no keys, that I hadn't been able to get a replacement for. Four hours later they had taken it apart and created a new set of keys. Service with a smile and real technical expertise. Fantastic company to have on our doorstep. Thankyou
