From start to finish Sam and Roy have been amazing and gone above and beyond to help and assist us. We are new to caravaning and Roy has offered his knowledge and guidance and we couldn’t ask for more. I feel like we have really been looked after. Sam’s customer service over the phone was great, she is so lovely and knows her stuff. 💯 would recommend this family run business a hundred times over.

I bought a van which already had a tow bar on (fitted by Bolt on) the electrics were not working, was in a panic as was going camping at the weekend, rang the shop and spoke to Sam, she told me that they sorted it and they did, super service, came to the house and fixed within an hour, Roy was a professional and top bloke, best service I’ve had for a long time
