The classes are really accessible and fit for any ability. The trainers are friendly and approachable. I book on to Hyrox with Nicole every week because she makes the class challenging, pushing you to improve, while also encouraging you along the way - she's amazing ❤️

It’s been a wonderful 4 month experience with exciting and variety of classes to help build up confidence and consistency I enjoy the HYROX and legs bums and tummy session with Nicole as it’s very engaging and she is a gem and a very friendly instructor to workout with

I absolutely love it in The gym group, especially the group classes, the instructors are knowledgeable, classes are easy to book online via app and the classes are not too full and available at various time of the day.

Really friendly gym, all staff/PTs always have a smile on their face and are there if you need anything. Love that its open 24 hours so I can fit it in whenever it suits me.

My all time favourite gym, plenty of equipment, always clean and the staff are friendly and approachable. I’ve been a member of two of the more expensive gyms in Bolton and this one can’t be beaten, great value for money, highly recommend.

This is not just a gym but a community. The staff go above and beyond to support not only your health needs but also your well-being. They staff ensure they give the personal touch and know most clients by name.
They gym also offer activities out side of the gym which are free, such as hiking, climbing and walks.
It is a very inclusive gym with people attending of all ages, sizes, race, cultures and abilities.

A very good gym except the showering facilities, which I consider an important facility of a gym, particular after a serious workout. The short period auto time-out of the shower and the lacking of facility for hooking the shower gel, etc for showering are really annoying!

Very good gym. I just did my 1st excersise and Im absolutely satisfied, but I really miss the hyperextension bench. Due to my back problems thats my favourite :)

Been coming here for the last 2 years or so and it’s easily the best atmosphere and best working gym, as I work away a lot and have seen different types but the gym group Bolton leads the way!
