Good Gym facilities with a pool, sauna and steam room. Shame the Jacuzzi wasn't working. Gym was quiet even though it was January and peak time.

I was a wrestler for the Catch Wrestling event organized by the Snake Pit Wigan. The hotel took great care of us and the guests. Great service!

I went on a works do there on the 16th ... the food Portion seemed small however there was enough veg to make it filling. I didn't stay much past the food but everyone else in the company who did seemed to thoroughly enjoy the evening! I would go again

Works event in the central avenue suite, nice room, good bar size, decoration was more carnival than Christmas, but clean and tidy, meal was good, and service good.

New Year's Eve gala night, excellent quality, the service with the food was good, during the meal a male singer was excellent, he sang songs to suit the clients.

The event was held in the downstairs function room. There was plenty and room and lighting. Would advise anyone looking to hold a professional event at this location.

Conveniently located near to the M61, the hotel is ideal for business travellers. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
