Love this place. We had our usual family room and it was very kindly decorated for our daughters birthday, a lovely and very thoughtful surprise. Staff as always friendly and always give a warm welcome. Nadine Thank you Thank you Thank you. Irene on the bar and Julie and Lydia wonderful breakfast waitresses. A lovely couple of days and already looking forward to next time.

The hotel is conveniently located just off the M61 motorway. The area gives a rural feel whilst being a short distance away from all the amenities at the Middlebrook complex.
On arrival the lady at the reception desk was extremely polite. We found the hotel to be clean and the rooms were of a good standard. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience.

We stay at this hotel twice a year when visiting family, and it has always been a comfortable and welcoming place. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, with Lydia and Irene standing out in particular. They even remembered us from our last visit and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.
The hotel is dog-friendly, which is a big plus for us. Although the decor is a little dated and some areas feel a bit worn, this is reflected in the cost, which is very reasonable. It’s always clean and well-maintained, so we really can’t complain. The breakfast is consistently good and the room service is fantastic.
Even during holiday periods, the rates remain affordable. And the views across Bolton are a nice bonus. Thank you!

Great hotel but the real show stopper is the staff, special shout out to Irene. I honestly believe people will come back for her outstanding customer service alone. The hotel itself has everything you need. We're back and forth to Manchester every few months and we will only book this hotel from now on. Thanks again Irene for your impeccable warmth and unbelievable customer service. You throughly go above and beyond.

We had our xmas do here at this hotel and I stayed the night. Rooms was very clean and a lovely big room and bathroom. Never did bfst but looked amazing on the photos. Would stay here again if we had another event or Xmas do. Great place to have a event.

Excellent food, not always possible with such a large party there were 95 of us! Hot, tasty and well presented. The staff were very attentive without being intrusive, they were polite and efficient. Super music from the DJ - very suited to his audience. All round a fabulous night, thank you!
