We had a lovely overnight stay. The staff were friendly & very helpful. Especially Bruma on Reception. The room was clean , warm & equipped. With a comfortable bed! It was a great location for the party we were going to. Would use again.

Have been long time member of leisure club. in my view all services are excellent. A friendly, inviting place, superb classes, good location, outstanding cuisine, warm atmosphere, you guys are doing a brilliant job. A deserving medal for irene, a cherished employee.

Enjoyable stay here, the room was good, staff were nice especially Sheila and Lydia. Car park was safe and sleep quality was pretty good, despite the traffic noise.

Above all a comfortable stay. It’s a convenient place for me to stay when I go back to Bolton to visit family. My experience was heightened with my morning coffee and toast served to me by Irene. Such lovely gal, certainly went out of her way and always with a smile. Thank you Irene, I made a new friend!

I came for an afternoon tea with my Mum and daughter last week, it was lovely, Irene was fantastic! My daughter only being 2 and a half wasn't sure about some of the sandwiches, so Irene brought us a plain sandwich for her, which was very kind. All the food was lovely, my daughter loved the cakes especially 😋 We will definitely come back.
