They make it a pleasure to travel the distance very few months. In the 3 years I have been dealing with Lexus Bolton I have never had a bad experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the whole team. Well done folks. Keep up the good work!

Very satisfied with the servicing and mot of my car. Staff very helpful. Gail and Helen very polite and courteous. The only complaint I have is that I was not reminded about my service or mot. I have a service plan with Lexus and in the documentation it stipulates that I would receive a reminder for this procedure.

Took my car in to Lexus Bolton for its MOT, every time I need to attend for whatever reason, the customer service given is nothing but First Class. My father owns a Lexus and when we go to the dealership for a service we are approached with excellent service we get offered a hot drink and a comfortable place to sit whilst we wait and they even clean the car after they have serviced the car.

We recently test drove for a weekend and was really impressed with the service from stsrt to finish. The team at Lexus are not at all like car salespeople. They are welcoming, friendly, not pushy and feel really genuine guys. They handover for our car was excellent with some knowledge shared but in a relaxed manner and not information overload. The car was brilliant with some real gadgets and we really enjoyed the experience.
