I am writing this review as a humble note of appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by showroom, from start to finish today 14/11/17, to rectify problem in such a short time.
Finely my special thanks to Helen, Gail and Natalie for providing excellent warm service plus keeping me informed at all times. Today was unforgettable experience for me at Lexus Bolton. Keep up with good work.

I always used the Manchester Branch till it closed down and was always delighted with the service so decided on my next visit to try the Bolton Branch. I was highly delighted with the welcome and service I received, nothing was too much trouble.
A special mentio to Gail who was very professional and made everthing so simple, also a fantastic coffee and biscuits, I will not hesitate to use this Branch again in the future.

Using our daughter's email.I took the 450rx in today for a modification.Even though a courtesy car was provided,Gail explained that it would be ready in 2 hours,so would I prefer to wait?So I did and was supplied with repeated offers of tea/coffee by another charming lady who was answering the telephone.After a short wait of 75 minutes Gail announced that my car was ready,cleaned and refuelled!

Visited for a service. Helen at the desk was very pleasent, was scheduled a wait of 1 hour 30 mins, offered a courtesy car on the day which was nice so I could get my shopping done whilst car was serviced. Very friendly staff and welcoming. Will use again.

I have loved owning my Lexus. The customer service at Lexus Bolton is 2nd to none. Just been in for my 3rd year service and MOT. Gail looked after me and was fantastic. Had just finished a night shift, supplied with top ups of coffee and offered a breakfast snack. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Gail sorted a lift home for me and made sure my car was ready on time for collection. If your looking to get a Lexus or just looking for a dealer to service yours, you won't find better than at Lexus Bolton. Thanks

Nothing is too much trouble. A 5 star customer experience. Booking is easy, car inspection video with an email link to view online and my car was returned in showroom condition. Gail and Helen coordinated the whole process in
a friendly but professional manner. The cars aren't half bad either!

I have dealt with this location for over 10 years - I have just had the first annual service on my new RX450h. This was done with the same efficient, helpful and friendly service which I have always experienced at this branch. Gail and Helen on service reception always greet with a welcoming smile, and the branch Manager, Neil Keane, is always ready to have a friendly chat. Highly recommended to anyone considering a Lexus.

My Lexus NX had a minor recall (unusual for a Lexus)- I booked my car in over the phone. When I arrived I was met by the general manager, as they were extremely busy at the time. I needed somewhere so I could do some work- They were BRILLIANT- found me an office, internet access, tea and snacks and were EXTREMELY attentive and helpful. When my car was ready, I found it washed and cleaned inside and out AND my fuel tank topped up, 'for the inconvenience of having to take your car here for a recall' WHAT A CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!! They turned what was potentially a negative connotation of a recall into a totally positive experience of Lexus Bolton. First class outfit and totally customer centric. I bought my car there, they pick it up for servicing and now this superb experience. Why would I want to buy any other than a Lexus from Lexus Bolton? I'd like to recognise the GM there and Helen and Gail in particular for their customer focus, service and superb attitude. THANK YOU!

This is the first time I have owned a Lexus. I purchased a CT in November 2016. It had it's first service on the 1st March 2017. The whole experience from buying the car to having it serviced as been flawless.

I like the fact that they send you a video report of your car while on the ramp, never experienced this before, nice touch.

A big shout out to Gail and Helen. made me feel very welcome.

I took delivery of a used Lexus this week which is a joy to drive. In fact the whole experience from initial enquiry, through inspection, selection, and test drives, to the final handover were all joyful experiences. Throughout I was dealt with by Candice Greatbanks, a car salesperson of a different breed from the scores of others I have met over 50+ years of car buying. At no point did I feel subject to the sales or psychological pressures so common in the trade. She was always trying to ensure that I ended up with the best car I wanted and at a good price .
It was the end of a month but there were no " sales targets" hints either. Refreshing. In the end I think both parties were satisfied.
I shall certainly be returning for Servicing, MOTs when appropriate and any spares. I shall also be recommending Lexus Bolton to my friends and acquaintances .
Thanks again to Candice, and indeed to the whole team, ( especially to the valeting team who presented me with a car looking actually better than sparkling new ! ).
I look forward to meeting you again

Used Lexus Manchester for last 10 years and was sceptical about move to Bolton, however, the usual impeccable standards were evident throughout both my recent visits. Can I mention Gail and Helen in the service area who were extremely efficient, and it was reassuring to see Fran on reception who already knew, and remembered, all my details from Manchester. Finally, a thank you to Neil who took the time out from a meeting to sort out a problem with the car personally.

FANTASTIC!!!

I visited Lexus Bolton this morning for a check on my car.

I was early, but this wasn't a problem for Gail and Helen. They couldn't have been more helpful.

I was offered an unlimited amount of beverages, breakfast snacks, fruit and had a comfy couch to lounge on whilst I waited.

There was a TV, magazines and FREE WIFI.

I saw my John, my previous Salesman and it was lovely to catch-up.

Staff kept me updated with the progress of my car.

The showroom was being cleaned whilst I was there. Nice to know they take pride in their appearance.

Got my car back in the agreed timescale. It was explained what had been done and what may need to be considered in the next 6 months.

I was shown to my car, which had been washes inside and out and I think it had more petrol in than when I arrived.

John waved me off and overall it was a relaxed, friendly but professional experience from walking through the door.

Thanks to all the people I saw, but also all the staff behind the scenes that may never get a mention.
