I've never been a car / car showroom person, but my experience at Lexus Bolton over the last 3 years has been excellent in every aspect. Again, yesterday, my whole Service experience was first class. It is abundantly evident that all staff have not only been trained to serve the customer, but they clearly enjoy looking after their customers. Yesterday I was looked after by the front line receptionist, together with Helen & Gail, all 3 making the visit a pleasure.

I have owned my ct for just about twelve months and have taken it to Lexus Bolton for both service and mot. Gail and Helen always very friendly and helpful and make the whole experience very pleasant with no pressure or hard sell. Most recently had some recall work done, when I collected the car it had been cleaned and fuelled, very impressive. Will definitely recommend Lexus Bolton.

Recently purchased a CT 200h and required MOT and full service. Contacted Lexus Bolton and booked in for service and MOT. They provided courtesy car and the overall service I received from the service team was exemplary. Car was also valeted and even topped up with petrol!

Been coming to Lexus Bolton for last 4 years. Had a CT for 3 years and covered over 60,000 miles in it. Now one year and 20,000 miles into an IS. The service department are great. Always willing to help and make you feel important when your there. Gail and Helen are lovely and always polite and helpful. Each time the car comes in for a service its always ready on time and looks immaculate when you pick it back up. Would strongly recommend them to anyone.

I visited Lexus Bolton two weeks ago, and was immediately impressed by the initial reception and curtusey offered on a Saturday afternoon to a potential time waster or potential purchaser.
Jeffrey new his product in intimate detail, a test drive quickly arranged ,further impressing me. I left with a wow factor, went to Jaguar and didn't bother to drive one, sadly, I wanted to want one.
Next stop Mercedes, treated like a time waster, having enquired about a C Class estate, I was told it was sold so could look and then ignored, more points to Lexus. Audi was also difficult, three attempts to get information and a test drive, I responded to their contact email, " don't delude yourselves, it was like buying a model T Ford compared to Starship, and if any of my team knew so little about their products I would sack them"
I take delivery of my Lexus next week...

Visited for a service. Helen at the desk was very pleasent, was scheduled a wait of 1 hour 30 mins, offered a courtesy car on the day which was nice so I could get my shopping done whilst car was serviced. Very friendly staff and welcoming. Will use again.

Great service and friendly staff, especially Gail and Helen. I had a tow bar fitted to my NX and there was also a recall job on my wife's CT, and it's 6 years old. Both were cleaned and valeted. Excellent all round.

Excellent service from Gail & the team at Lexus Bolton. Only had my new CT a few days but was unlucky enough to have a large screw puncture a tyre, so a new one needed unfortunately. Everyone was most helpful and symathetic!

This was my first time with Lexus Bolton and what a fantastic all round experience it has been. From the first telephone call I had with Natalie to book the vehicle in for the service through to the collection of my vehicle at 5:30pm I recieved excellent customer service.
Gail & Helen were the service representatives who looked after me on my visit and communication again was excellent throughout. On collection again I was impressed, I felt like I was driving away my 1 year old IS300h F-Sport away as a new car following the wash & vac. Looking forward to seeing you all again on the next service. Garry
