The rooms are clean and tidy, and the bed was really comfortable , it is however an old building so you get the usual chills and wear and tear on the hall carpets.
The food was lovely in the restaurant but the ladies bathroom was freezing cold and smelt of damp.
The David basic but lovely, and the fact you can go out side in the pool gives it an edge.

Went for the WLC auction. Was quite busy but good. Hoped there would be more security around drunk people as some were causing a issue in front of us for other people near by but in a room with that many people I can see why it was difficult. Parking was fine, drinks were reasonably priced although we only had soft drinks so can't speak for alcoholic beverages.

The hotel was nice, although the room we stayed in was quite tired, and a few bits of damage were evident, the restaurant and bar were really nice, albeit slightly cold and lacked any heating, once the live pianist finished there was no other form of music and the atmosphere fell flat. The tea room seem quite unorganised and lacked the same professional feel and service to the rest of the hotel, the spa was amazing and the treatments really helped us relax, all in all we had a good stay and would definitely return,

A lovely relaxing day trip, using the spa facilities. The food was beautiful in the cafe - I had an open steak sandwich that was cooked beautifully. The scalp massage was so relaxing. I loved every minute of the day!

I use the last drop in gym and spa. I chose to take out membership here because the staff were friendly and helpful and the facilities were clean and just what I wanted. This is still true today. It is the perfect place for me to exercise and I particularly love the pool and the sauna for afterwards.

Quiet location in Bolton. Very good gym and pool. Decor a bit dated and rooms could do with a re-furb. Food ok but service slow. Still worth considering for a stay if in this ares.

Absolutely lovely service. Very friendly staff. Booked spa deal from spabreaks and worth every penny. We had a full body massage and it was excellent! It really sorted out my troubled back. The spa is lovely and the pool is divine! Cant wait to go back.

I attended for a wedding for a single day only the venue was of a high standard and so was the pub. The staff were very friendly and made sure you had the best possible experience. Definitely a pleasant experience

I attended the Last Drop Village for a half spa day with my 2 friends. We received full use of the spa facilities, a 25 minute treatment and lunch. We had a wonderful time, the outdoor infinity pool was brilliant and my head massage was relaxation defined. Lunch was lovely too and I'm sure we'll be back again soon!

Not stayed at the hotel nor visited the spa facilities yet but the overall impression ftom the reception & staff was very good.
The Last Drop complex looks really nice & quaint but could do with a little extras to make it even nicer e.g. info about the history of the place & some old examples of carriages etc to take one more back in time which is fitting with the age & history of some of the buildings.

Great reception from staff and very friendly bar staff. Beautiful place. Exec room was a little tired but spotless, and beds were very comfortable. Brilliant WiFi.

Stopped in for a bite to eat as I was in the area. Food was good and service was great, but it does come at a price. At least Turpin wore a mask.The bar restaurant looks nice enough on the surface, but a closer inspection shows water stains above the bar and tins of paint sort of hidden away. I don't think I'll be rushing back just for the food and service...

Lovely cottage room with bedroom and seperate living room. Lots of space. Bathroom large but very noisy. Can hear other rooms fan and water pump on. Restaurant nice and service very good.

Went to a works Christmas do. The food was excellent and the entertainment and music was also very good. We all had a fantastic night. Would recommend to others looking for somewhere to have there works Christmas party.

Good venue for conference and wedding functions, rooms rather dated and pool area needs improvement but realistically ok. Bar prices way too high and the wine wasn't that good

We had sausage&mash from the lounge menu . Really enjoyed it, and we ordered sticky toffee pudding and chocolate tart for desert and coffee for after.

Nice restaurant, however the room seemed a bit dated , could do with a by if a touch up. Hotel was quite loud, and cold so not the best nights sleep

Attended a couple of weddings here, in the largest suite and a smaller one (the penny farthing) both with great staff, facilities and grounds. Food tasted good too.

Had a fantastic evening at the Birtenshaw event. Brilliant food, great entertainment, and the bar prices were quite reasonable. Would happily attend another event here.
