We host our monthly Dynamic Networking business group at the Last Drop Hotel, and I have to say that the service we receive is fantastic. We have used various rooms so our networkers get the opportunity to view the facilities on offer. It's a lovely venue and under going a lot of refurbishment with the new owners investing heavily in this place. Well worth a visit if you've not been for a while, and for hosting any kind of business meeting or event.

We have stayed at the last drop village serveral times before. It is the perfect place to stay, with everything under one roof. The staff are warm and friendly and actually went the extra mile for my husbands birthday. We are extremely happy with everything about this hotel and will definitely recommend it and be returning in the future.

Lovely stay at Last drop village for a wedding only two little niggles the pennie fathing suite for the wedding so hot the Windows don't open why? And your price of drink is ridiculous I have stopped in higher rated hotels and spas and their drink prices have not been any where near as expensive as yours. My partner got a pint of lemonade £3.20 that is a hurrendous price to pay!!!

The stay was fabulous I think the pool was really good for swimming. The spa was fantastic and I loved the outside area. The tea room was nice and enjoyed the little shops. Breakfast was tasty and would be definitely staying here again

there was no air conditioning in the room and it was hot and stuffy when we arrived and being on second floor we could only open the windows a little so it took a long time to cool down the room. Also no mini bar in the room, however, reception did allow us to use their fridge, just not so convenient. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Some rooms were being decorated during our stay so hopefully they will be a bit more modern inside. The hotel and facilities were great apart from these small things

I recently attended a Dynamic Networking meeting at the Last Drop Village and was impressed with the facilities and hosting of the event. The room was perfect for the occasion and the refreshments were of a good standard.

Doing a show at the Macron, booked late couldn't get one closer. Recently taken over, not Mercure now. Nice hotel, nice bar, decent food, good breakfast, but overall quite expensive. Only minus was reception being under staffed, it needs two people.

We chose this hotel as it sounded lovely on the websites. We enjoyed the facilities, the restaurant, the spa and the bar. Everyone is friendly and efficient... Until check out. The bill was wrong! She printed it after she used my credit card. Having hassle getting the amount back that was overcharged. It tarnished what was otherwise a very pleasant stay.
