Stayed her for our anniversary on 11/7/21 , we found the room clean but dated , our king size bed was 2 single mattress put together which made the bed lumpy ….but apart from that our stay was lovely , the spa and the treatments were nice but the best bit of the stay was the food which was outstanding,also the breakfast was very good and a lot of choice !
The bar is open till 4 am but could do with some music on in the back ground , we did ask but was told by bar manager they didn’t have a license for that . We would definitely go back again but see about upgrading the room .

Where do I start. I honestly don't think my words can do Last Drop Village justice.
I'm going to start with the Wedding Co-Ordinator Jacqueline and her department. You were amazing, you looked after me from the moment we booked to the moment I left a married woman. You saw me through 2 postponements due to COVID, you put me at ease and nothing was too big or too small to help with.
Everyone played a huge part in making our wedding there superb. From the lovely ladies on reception to the restaurant staff who went out their way to make room for last minute reservations from our wedding guests the night before to the kind women who dressed our bridal suite, beautiful.
All the staff who worked our wedding, I will never forget everything you did for us. You didn't treat us like just another wedding, you made it personal.
Finally the General Manager, absolute legend.

The hotel was lovely, room was just what we were after with plenty of space and very comfortable. Breakfast each moring was well organised and just what we were after. The hotel itself is also very nice and plenty of space to walk around the village with what would have been lovely views from our room if the weather hadn't been so poor. The spa facilities that were included were great and made use of these during our stay. We would definitely come back again.
Had a problem with the room keys on our 2nd night, both were cancelled mid evening and as in another block required walking round to the front of hotel in order to get a new key sorted.

Stayed at The Last Drop Inn for one night. Our offer included evening meal, breakfast & use of the Spa facilities. (Treatments not included) Our room was in The Courtyard no complaints with this. The hotel did appear to have a few guests staying, however didn’t feel overcrowded in the bar, & SPA areas. We pre booked for our evening meal & breakfast & again restaurant areas didn’t seem overcrowded which was nice. A lovely night away after being at home for 2 years. Would recommend & return again.

executive rooms are a little expensive! also VERY annoying when on a two night stay the electronic keys stop on the first day and you have to trek back to reception to get replaced, no apologies , hopeless

good value one night stay
the rooms and the restaurant and spa were incredibly good, the thermal pool was a great relaxation in the winter time.
the view of the thermal pool is now blocked with a new housing estate, where you can look into the master bedrooms of houses, ruined the view and the experience a little.

Recently been here just for a little getaway and I'm not one for hotels, very rare I go but went and can honestly say one of the nicest. The environment is very soft and friendly, staff help all questions and polite talking, only criticism is there needs to be more sugar in the rooms but apart from that, amazing definitely worth it

Great deal on the NHS discount. Unfortunately the sauna rooms were dirty and bottles left lying around.
The evening menu was dated nothing seasonal nor festive for December.
Drinks very expensive.
Breakfast was very nice buffet style plenty choice.
Overall if I was paying full price I would of been very disappointed.

We have had our Wedding booked for over 2 years, the Wedding coordinator Liz kept in touch with us the whole time to reassure us and when it came to the day Liz & Naseer couldn’t do enough for us, everything went perfect from the start - driving my bridesmaids and myself to the venue due to the weather to the room which was beautiful, assisting the photographer so we could have pictures inside again due to the weather, to making sure our guests had everything they needed!! The day was amazing 👰♀️🤵♂️🎉🥂xx

Beautiful place to stay very spacious rooms food was amazing overall service was perfect. staff are very friendly and happy to help. Online check-in service is perfect so easy to manage. Highly recommend we will definitely be back.

Lovely big rooms, and excellent food. Great service from staff, and an added bonus of having access to the spa and gym. The rooms where very quiet with no noise, despite 2 weddings and a christmas party night all happening at the same time!

Checking in & out - Reception staff excellent
Bar staff inattentive and too interested in talking amongst themselves - had to go to bar no table service as could not catch their attention. Afternoon tea - no extra hot water for tea, jam was omitted and when asked for no selection offered - just brought blackcurrant . No tablecloths in dining room for evening meal - so when adjacent table was vacated staff were spraying with cleaner which was strong smell and made our meals taste a bit. I can see why perhaps no cloths for breakfast but evening meal ambience would be improved with tablecloths. Food at evening meal was excellent much better than the service. We got the impression a lot of serving staff were new and a little training would improve manner. Bit too casual and over familiar. But perhaps we are more used to Southern 4 star than Northern 4 star. We were in Room 20 - it was stifling hot and we could not see how to adjust. We requested extra pillows for my neck but were told they were awaiting a delivery and could not take pillows out of vacant rooms in case they suddenly were occupied. Staff in reception & small shop were excellent.

We had originally booked our wedding for October 2021 however due to recent family events we had to bring it forward and plan the whole day in only 4 weeks.
Speaking to Liz Blackmore she took on the stress and anxiety of my husband and I and despite the venue being incredibly busy and fully booked she managed to find us a room for your ceremony, a table for our wedding breakfast and an intimate lounge area for our drinks after the wedding.
What a beautiful and simply magical day we had! It was so relaxed and intimate!
Despite the emotions of the day, and the short space of time we had to arrange it, Liz went above and beyond to make sure the day was just perfect and went without a hitch!
The ceremony room was beautifully decorated and the restaurant felt so warm and cozy without feeling like we had just been plonked in there! It was simply fabulous!
We have kept our original October 2022 date for a vow renewal and party and cannot wait to return!

there wasn’t much I could fault we had a lovely trip, the room could have perhaps been a bit cleaner but other than that it was great

Was nice.
Breakfast was excellent, The starters at dinner were poor but the main courses were really nice. The pool was good too. The Christmas decorations were lovely.
The bathroom was a bit grotty, mould in the shower and the casing for the bath side was pretty grimy. Some kind of burn mark on the side of the bath, looked like a cigarette burn. We got married here 8 years ago and remmebered the lovely rolling green fields either side and was very dismayed to see housing developments either side, definately lost some of its charm.
