Love it here staff are friendly and facilities are generally clean however a little bit more attention to detail from cleaning staff would make it perfect (corners in changing rooms are often full of dirt as though it has been swept there and left)

Nice place and rooms are comfortable and clean; however, drinks in the pub were very expensive served by what appeared to be 12 year olds who did not have the ability to smile or offer a friendly service.

Spur of the moment night away, Lovely staff, pleasant and nothing too much trouble, pet friendly, my dogs even had breakfast, the room was spotless, fantastic shower and really comfy bed, can't praise this place enough, if there was on downside, (If you can even call it a downside) there are no bins to be found in the grounds, so when the dogs went to the toilet in the night once bagged , nowhere to put it, apart from that, fantastic stay and really look forward to going again. :-)

Nice staff, large clean rooms, really good facilities and very nice food. My only niggle was a shower that would not stay at the correct temperature, no problems recommending it though.

Walm clean place polite staff nice food brilliant spar place. Would love come and visit here again .Would recommend it to anyone for a night away and a pamper spar ect.

Attended a wedding here have to say what a brilliant venue for the ceremony and celebrations after it the hotel was faultless,the room was very clean and comfortable would definitely return here

We had a voucher spa day here with lunch and two treatments in the spa.Hotel its self a bit dated as was changing rooms and pool area.Large pool,also saunas and a heated infinity pool looking outside.Lunch ok,small salad,and treatments very professional and enjoyable ,all in all good value,but prob would not pay full price.Staff very helpful..still had a good day

Had a good work out but would of been better if tv channels where working. Only able to get bbc2 and channel 4. Been reporting this for months. Nothing been done.
