I stayed in a little courtyard next to the hotel which was cute. The hotel grounds are being renovated and the hotel seems to have shops in its ground, weird! The bar was ok but food was average as was the drink, breakfast also average. No complaints but not memorable.

We stayed over at the last drop after a birthday meal we stayed in a executive family room the room was more then adequate for what we needed. The meal we had for the birthday was off the highest quality and everyone enjoyed the food. We also had breakfast which was buffet style there was plenty of choice cooked full breakfast to cereals and pastries. Unfortunately we didn't get time to use the spa but we will go again in the near future

We stayed here last night .It was a present from Our Daughter. What can we say, everything was just great. Upon arriving the reception staff where so friendly and very helpful. The room , pool facilities , and food were faultless. We had our evening meal in the hotel bar as the restaurant was quite busy, but we were given restaurant service and looked after by a lovely lady Chloe. Dave came over to ask was everything ok with our meals and took time after our meal to have a chat. Breakfast this morning was really good . Again we were greeted and looked after by a lovely lady who's name we didn't manage to get. Overall a most enjoyable stay . We would highly recommend a stay here we will be back.

We had booked to go th Whitney unfortunately we had to cancel due to ill health (person we were visiting)

So my wife decided to go to the
Last Drop Village and Spa

As we booked so late we got a fantastic deal
We arrived on Tuesday the weather was iffy to say the least. So consequently we arrived early (book in time-wasting 14:00)
So we had a sandwich in the bar
My wife had Ham and I had Beef all was
Plus coffee's
It was excellent

We went into the Spa (I have never been before) It was fantastic large indoor swimming pool, four saunas, one steam room and the HOT TUB looking out no windows and it's snowing

The evening meal was excellent

Soup and Pate
Salmon and Beef
I had to mention the Beef and Gravy separately they were both amazingly good

Breakfast was excellent

Our room was huge two easy chairs and one at the dressing table. Large fitted wardrobe lovely sized bathroom with bath and shower

A great couple of days this looks like it's going to be a regular January lift. The snow was an added bonus

Great service from everyone nothing to much trouble
All the food was excellent

A great big thank you

Dickie :-)

I have been staying at this hotel when travelling to the North for nearly 20 years. It is just out of Bolton so not in a particularly beautiful location for views or wandering around but the hotel itself is a warm welcoming environment with personality and good facilities like a pool to blow away the cobwebs after a long day driving, it is also a great location for visiting anywhere in the North West and serves a nice cooked breakfast! What’s not to like?

Thank you for leaving feedback about our team members
Came here with my husband for a spa day and afternoon tea. The spa was amazing. The hydrotherapy pool was so relaxing. The treatments were on time and my therapist was good. I had a back and foot massage, both of which were lovely. After the treatments we had afternoon tea in the courtyard. This was a bit disorganised. We waited over 30 mins for the afternoon tea despite already preordering. We also only got our tea after another 15 minutes. However when the afternoon tea came it was delicious.

Would definitely recommend and return for another spa day in the future.

Had an amazing time here over the weekend so relaxing all the staff, food nd drinks were great. Sent a few hours chilling in the spa and HD a fab 3 course meal in the hotel. Daniel the manager and Alice Julie and Chloe the waitresses were always attentive and smiling. Julie at the courtyard bar was on her own for a while but attended u up everyone efficently.
We stayed in the secret garden area and it was so peaceful.
Also lovely little shop at the back to visit and a pub.
Would highly recommend and will be returning soon.

This is a lovely hotel where all the staff really seem to want you to enjoy your visit by doing anything they can to help. We've been a few times and the food is always amazing even when they are serving big functions, which often lets other hotels down. We spent the afternoon in the spa this time and wished we'd had time to go back in the following day. We'll definitely be returning soon.

A lovely unique venue perfect for any special occasion or business meeting. All the staff are attentive and helpful and there is a lovely tea room with excellent food together with a little village at the back with independent shops. Well worth a visit

Thanks Melanie for your lovely feedback
Clean rooms, quite modern. Very poor selection of beer, with a total of 1 bitter(Robinson’s, like a poor Boddington). OK if you have to be in the area, but wouldn’t make a special trip. Didn’t try the spa or restaurant.

Quaint touristy village with great photo opportunities. Pub was closed on our visit. Cafe was dated and average food but lovely staff. Excellent gift shop with great variety of merchandise. Worth a visit for this shop. There is a hotel and spa here but we never tried them.

Great hotel, lots of rustic charm combined with modern amenities. Spotless room, health club was great particularly the various heat rooms. The food was exceptional as was the service. Bothing bad to say.

We stayed in 3 executive rooms for our family celeration and they were first class. The staff were friendly, without exception, and everything in terms of arrangements for 10 people, was perfect. We had a private room for dinner as we had 3 young children and this was a perfect arrangement suggested by Liam who made our reservation. The service at both dinner and breakfast was spot on and the pool area and sauna were just ideal. If there was one drawback it was that the tea shop , which we used for lunch . They served sandwiches which were not as exciting as the rest of the food at the hotel and were overpriced compared with the otherwise excellent value of this hotel

Visited the spa just to use the facilities and they are superb. The attending staff were polite and helpful, and the hotel is very nice as well in beautiful grounds ( the view being slightly obscured by the building site right next door now.) My only slight concern was that like a gym I've been to before, the spa showers were a little grotty, and the paint work probably hasn't been done with anti fungal paint or bathroom paint, so it's got a dirty look to it. There isn't a lot of it though and it didn't spoil the experience really. The highlight was the very affordable cost! We will be coming again.

Absolutely Beautiful setting in breath taking scenery. Food & Service was second to none. The actual layout of the village is amazing & very quaint even has a small pub and a couple if gift shops. The Conference Suite is excellent and superbly run. The staff were excellent. Could not fault any part it the place.

Nice location although out the outskirts if a housing estate & hotel generally OK. Rooms/bathrooms need updating. We had a noisy room, walkway outside and issues with toilet overflow constantly running and noise from radiator tapping. Bed was really comfortable. Pool & spa really nice with outdoor hydro pool. Had a nice dinner in restaurant but missed breakfast.

Just returned from a great weekend. Staff are all very friendly and welcoming. Food and service was excellent. Room spotless and very comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed the spa and the treatments we had. Kamran who works on reception in the spa was incredibly helpful. I have limited mobility and he was very helpful and thoughtful helping me both days. Can't wait to return. Thanks to all the staff for a great weekend!
