Pretty Much what I would expect from a budget hotel. Bed was very comfortable which is the most important thing. Bathroom needs some TLC. There was a constant drone all night long, turned off the heating, wasn't that, thought it might be the bathroom fan, but there wasn't one. So tired I did manage to sleep, not sure I could have slept another night. Breakfast was good, staff were very pleasant.

We attended the Bolton Holiday Inn children’s Christmas party on Sunday 15th December. This event was absolutely brilliant and totally worth the cost. The DJ was quite lively and OTT but nevertheless great fun for the kids. The party games and music was just the ticket for all the children and they also got a hot chocolate, lots of sweets (sugar rush) and a present to boot from a very youthful looking Santa. The adults also got a cup of mulled wine and a mince pie. Don’t miss this next year Mums and Dads, top entertainment & top vfm!

Had our Christmas party here on the 15th December and I must say I was abit worried about going but when I got there everyone was welcoming the food was great and the entertainment Luke welcomed everyone at the doors and also made everyone laugh making fun I would defo recommend having parties ect here thank you again

I'm staying at the hotel currently. The room is a decent size but dated. The bathroom really should be redone but the shower has great water pressure.
Right now there is a Christmas function going on downstairs and the music is very loud. My room is on the first floor and I can hear the music clearly.
Another complaint is that the room doors slam when they close.

We stayed here early December. The rooms are a little small for a 4* hotel but this glitch is more than made up for by the friendliness of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble, we never saw anything but smiles.. Food is good, reasonable priced and plentiful.. all served with the famous smile... well done Holiday Inn..

Fantastic night had by all of us at the white Christmas party last week , food was fantastic , bar prices great . Staff where amazing . Will defo be booking for next year . Just enough people there so has it wasn’t to packed on the dance floor or queues for the bar .

Room was clean. Was hot but better than being cold. Restaurant had ran out of steak but when mixed grill came out steak was included & were asked who asked for medium & who asked for medium rare? None of us had as weren’t asked and had been told there was no steak! Breakfast was fine.

I am very happy with the service I was provided Luke the night porter was amazing when we turned up at 4 am in the morning after traving a 5 hour journey. He welcomed us in a very happy and helpfully manner asking if we would like a hot drink and any help with taking are bags to are room.
This gentleman needs to know how very great full I am with very happy services.
