comfortable, good dining facilities and bar.
Helpful and supportive staff especially regarding some directions I required. John one of the managers printed off a couple of maps for me. Also fixed my TV which didn't work.

Awesome customer service and treatment from all staff. Front desk were extremely helpful and kind. There was a woman there, not sure of her name but on our second day she really looked after us and upgraded our room and made sure that all was okay. Will definitely be staying again. Thank you for everything.

The room was really good and comfortable and the bathroom was excellent.
I wish the hotel was not so far from the railway station - but I knew that when I booked!

I stayed at the hotel for 5 weeks (26/01/22 - 25/02/22). The staff are amazing. Jade and Ashley on the front desk will do anything to help make your stay enjoyable. The cleaning staff were so friendly too
The breakfast has a wide selection of choice and the evening meals were nice too.

Overall was good but temp control needs to be looked into
Breakfast was fantastic the receptionist was very friendly and helpful and the room was good
the temp control in the room was not working so was cold and had to sleep in my jumper..

The hotel could do with a lot more heat! The bar area was always chilly when having a drink and also in the restaurant. It was extra cold outside due to the 'storms' In the restaurant why do you not have hot plates? the breakfast could of been more hot.
