bathroom entrance tiny . breakfast was chaotic.Due to one chef not in and gas supply broken in one kitchen. Jordan young lad , kept us smiling apologised numerous times

Our daughter recently moved to the bolton area for work
While visiting her we like to stay in an hotel after trying a few other’s
We came across Holiday inn Bolton central
And now we don’t stay anywhere else
Staff are fantastic, food is top class & everywhere is immaculately clean
The cost for the few days we are here is very reasonable
You are close to the town centre being only a couple of minutes away
Also the added bonus of onsite free car parking 10/10
If i had one little grip it would be the shower room come toilet is a little small for me , being well built

Fan/buzzing noise in our room at night. We maybe have been next/above the plant room? It didn’t keep us up but was always there.

We were greeted at reception by a very friendly young lady. The hotel and room was very clean. Breakfast was very good. All staff we came across were very friendly. We were close to the shops, eateries and bars. I would say the only downside was the price of the drinks in the bar, just over £12 for two shorts.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience here. Stayed one night with my daughter in room 112. The staff were amazing, receptionists, restaurant staff and housekeeping so friendly and helpful. The meal and the breakfast was delicious and the room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. We will definitely stay here on out next visit to Bolton and highly recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

Very pleasant stay, but would appreciate more communication before arrival as e-mails not answered
I liked the well-mannered staff and the greeting received upon seeing us. Jacob and Jayne in the Breakfast room more than helpful as was the manager who ensured everything was up to standard. Nice stay.
The room had little room to hang clothes and the bathroom was very small. Banged my arm a few times on the door handle. For long stay guests like us a bit of variation on the breakfast menu would be appreciated although the food was great.
