Room was very nice, and very clean and well presented. Bed was very comy - pillows were really confy. blackout blinds were excellent.
main car park was full, wasnt aware of overflow car park until after finding offsite parking.

Great location for the centre of Bolton, just not sure why you’d want to use the centre of Bolton. Only reason I was there was for Ironman UK, where it’s location to the finish line make it ideal

No check in until 1500 hours even though rooms were ready. Was my granddaughters birthday and we were stuck waiting for our room for 90 minutes although it was ready. Then a mad rush to check in at 1500hours.

Lovely staff but unbearably hot.
Staff were amazing, especially Danielle and Lucy on Reception, other Reception, Bar, and Restaurant staff.
It was tremendously hot, no air conditioning in bedroom and only partial window opening.

The staff were lovely, friendly, helpful and welcoming. Particularly the ones we interacted with the receptionist, the breakfast staff and the chambermaid. A credit to you. Made the stay a pleasure.

Nice breakfast but very expensive and some basic issues in rooms not sorted out.
Excellent breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean.
No towel rail, door lock didn't work and hook missing from door of bathroom. Would have been nice to have some biscuits and more than 2 teabags in the room. Service for evening meal was slow and menu was limited. Very noisy outside in the late evening.
