I work as a quote co-ordinator for Altrincham and Wilmslow Bright & Beautiful and have done for nearly 18 months. Faye my manager has taught me so much since my journey began. So supportive and always there no matter what I need her for. Our housekeepers work extremely hard day in day out looking after our clients homes. I look forward to my future with B&B and recommend that anyone looking for cleaning, ironing or a laundry service to come to us.

Thoroughly professional service provided by Nicola and her team - I can't recommend them highly enough. Nothing is too much trouble and the attention to detail is outstanding. The 1st thing I should mention is that I am an absolute OCD freak and as such expected a high standard from a paid for service.
I left little 'clues' around my house before leaving for work just to check and I was pleasantly surprised on my return as nothing was missed.
I've never met any of the cleaning team as they have a key but when Nicola visited me initially to quote, she immediately struck me as charming, professional and I had no problem whatsoever entrusting her with the job.
Excellent value for money. Professional service. A+++++

We used Bright and Beautiful to clean the communal areas and staircases of our flats (not a large block - 7 flats) and all was fine for a while but then all of a sudden and without notice they just stopped turning up. We've had no response to our recent emails (the last of which was CC'd to the Company H.O "quality" email)
I can only presume they didn't want the job but some notice or response to our emails would have been appreciated.

Have used Nicola and her team on several occasions now.We have always returned to a clean home where besides the obvious areas for cleaning little often overlooked things have been done ie light switches,bins emptied and beds made.We no longer have to return and remop floors and clean areas that should have been cleaned .
We have used several cleaners in the past and I can honestly say this team meet all my exacting demands and expectations.They are the best. Give them a try you won't be disappointed.
