The team have been cleaning for my 95 year old mother who lives alone (but is totally with it,) for about a year and we both have nothing but praise for them ,the two girls are friendly and kind and nothing is too much for them to do despite these difficult times.As it is quite a big house but only the downstairs is used by my Mum we have a schedule that works very well ,fortnightly downstairs is always cleaned impeccably,bedding changed and washed and ironed by them off site and then upstairs gets a thorough clean once a month.

I have been working for Bright and Beautiful now for almost 2years. I started out as a Housekeep but soon became a Team Leader and what an honour it is. I take pride in what i do and having a great team behind me makes all the diiference. I love getting to know my clients and having a catch up with them. Since Jo and Alex have taken over the business its grown rapidly and we are always very busy. Client satisfaction is hugely rewarding to all the team and it feels great to make such a difference in people's daily lives. Highly recommended

The Manchester team from bright and beautiful are fantastic. Really thorough clean by the same team every two weeks keeps the house in tip top condition.
They have also been very considerate during the corvid pandemic, respecting PPE guidelines and giving plenty of notice if things do change. Claire keeps the ship on course and is always available if needed.

Fantastic service , I live 120 mile away from my elderly mum and due to illness and the covid situation needed a company to come in and clean my mums home . Right from speaking to Julie to the girls going in they have been fantastic . my mum was very impressed with their service , cleaning and how polite and courteous they were , thanks again 5 stars !!!

I have been using Bright & Beautiful since we moved to Henley earlier this year. Delpreet came to see us & explained what they do & checked what we wanted doing very carefully. She is very courteous, easy to contact, helpful & a pleasure to deal with. We have the same team each visit- Ruth & Kelsey, which enables us to establish a relationship with them and they get to know our cottage - & our idiosyncrasies with no word of complaint. The girls work extremely hard, using eco friendly materials, and even if I ask them to do something extra, due to my recovering from surgery, they just get on with it happily. I would thoroughly recommend B & B to anyone who needs a hard working, cheerful and reliable team to help out with the jobs they don't enjoy!

My flat was deep cleaned thoroughly and the service I got was excellent, I would highly recommend Julie and her team - well done girls!

I have really enjoyed working at Bright and Beautiful Marlborough and Newbury for the last 2 years. Mike, Louise and the team are all great people, friendly, supportive, extremely accommodating and dedicated to their jobs. They really advocate and are there for, both personally and professionally for their staff and make it a great place to work. I’ve had many laughs and I will miss everyone so much.
