The most important thing to know about Bright & Beautiful is that they are reliable and trustworthy. I always felt confident that they would treat my home (and my cat!) as they would their own. They are lovely, kind, thoughtful people.

Bright & Beautiful Nottingham: I have used a few cleaning services and this is by far the best in service and price. They really do commit to what the client wants and needs. The girls are so welcoming, trust worthy and bubbly. They really do bend over backwards to ensure they leave your house as clean as your own expectations. The manager/supervisor always checks in to ensure we are happy with their service and to see if we need any adjustments. You can tell a lot about a company by their staff, and you can tell they concentrate on hiring trusty worthy and committed employees. Cleaning and dealing with the public is one of the hardest jobs. Their professionalism, care and patience exceeded my expectations. The quality of cleaning is fantastic and they pay attention to deal. They would go as far as cleaning my floor until it was so clean that when they test dried it with a paper towel, the paper towel was still white. It is not easy to trust people you do not know in your house, I could leave the front door open and trust them to enter and exit as they wish. I would highly recommend. I would like to reassure you that this is a true representation of the company.

The Bright and Beautiful Nottingham team are pleasant, friendly courteous and efficient. They clean our home on a fortnightly basis usually on the same day, but are flexible if a change is needed. It would be helpful however if we could be certain that they would arrive at the same time on each occasion, as one has to wait for a phone call announcing their imminient arrival, and cannot arrange one's own timetable around a fixed time. This is a minor quibble in respect of a service which is efficient and affordable.

Long story short my mum has stage 3 lung cancer and currently in hospital recovering from infection. She is coming to stay with us upon release and needed to get the house ready and clean to reduce any further risk.
I made a call and the very same day Sash moved mountains and came to visit me to see what was needed to be done. Upon visiting Sash arranged for her team to come the very next day. At such short notice this was completely unexpected especially with thier busy schedule.
It has completely saved me alot of time and energy and cannot thank them enough. Everything said to be done was done and in a timely manor. So lucky to have come across them and extremely grateful considering such short notice.

Harlow. Great team, three of them, fair clean, not perfect but good enough, but…… £130 and they were there for an hour and 40 mins. I was originally told six hours when I was quoted, then three on the phone when I asked again. When I remarked on this after the clean I was told my email that they stay until the job is done. A little misleading. I’m not sure what I was expecting for that money but it was more than an hour and forty mins. No ill feelings but had to comment. Half that price would have been fair.

My 90 year old, partially sighted & fiercely independent mother-in-law was very resistant to accepting any form of help but finally agreed to the team from Bright & Beautiful (Manchester) attending to give her apartment a thorough clean, make her a cup of tea & change her bedding. The team have been lovely with nothing too much trouble. This has made it a very positive experience rather than the negative one she'd anticipated. I highly recommend Bright and Beautiful (Manchester).

Alison's team came out today and cleaned our upstairs bathroom and en suite. The two ladies who came were really friendly, and the job they have done is fantastic. The bathrooms are now absolutely gleaming!!! I'd highly recommend them and will be using them again.

Having never used a professional cleaning services before, I would thoroughly recommend them. I had the One Off Spring Clean. The Guildford team arrived on time, changed into indoor slippers and did their magic. The house gleamed and smelt amazing. I am now about to book them again on completion of purchasing a property. Always happy with the cleaning service, also the laundry service which I've been using recently. All the staff are friendly, professional and respect my home. I am happy to have the team in my home if I'm not there. I've had a few different team members arrive with my regular ladies this year due to staff changes and shortages, they have all been great and did good jobs. We asked Nicola to undertake a deep clean 2 days before we put our house on the market the result was we loved it that much we decided to stay. The girls were quiet hard working and efficient. They were very sympathetic to covid regulations as we were shielding. We would recommend them to anyone they are brilliant!,,,

Nicola and her team are amazing! Such a thoroughly efficient and reliable service that just takes care of everything for me. I'm so busy with family and work and everything that I just love it when the team come in and sort all my washing ironing and cleaning so when I come home it's like a different house! The team from Blakemere village did a great job looking after our house for a number of years. The Nantwich team has been providing me with a service since last August. They are great, thorough and careful. Nothing is too much trouble - their team of three comes fortnightly, does the usual clean, changes my bed and washes the laundry. Really pleased I found them.
