Didn't know what to make of the company as I chose them off a comparison website. Thankfully though, I chose the right company to go with! I had firstly instructed them on the sale of my house then at a later date to instruct on the purchase of new. Their price was fair. What makes them 5* is the communication from them has been excellent. I was informed of the lady who would be overseeing both the sale and purchase and given her direct email address. My purchase has taken much longer than expected but that was due to the current owners and their solicitors. With the volume of questions I had for her, the response was prompt, informative, friendly yet professional and met all my expectations. I would certainly recommend to anyone. Zeinab has been brilliant! ~Thank you for all your hard work, swift communications and making the whole process easy and stress-free! Thank you.

I would've given 10 stars if I could. I tried the ADK firm for the first time as price was reasonable which pulled me towards trying the firm. Thanks to Nafisa the selling process was Quick and smooth. The key thing I liked most was Communication. Nafisa did not mind me chasing for updates via email or phone sometimes frequently. I was kept well informed. I WILL DEFINITELY BE A FUTURE CUSTOMER AGAIN, and would recommend to others. **********

Very helpful explaining stuff to us, timely in his email / phone correspondence. A family friend recommended ADK to me as I was a first time buyer and I wasn’t sure who to use. I have just completed on my purchase and I couldn’t be happier with the level of service recieved. I was guided through the whole process and whenever I needed clarification on anything or need d an update I just picked up the phone to them. Very good experience overall.

I originally didn't know that you could use any solicitor in the UK to buy or sell a property and I thought that you had to use a local one. So, after googling conveyance fees I learnt a few things and gathered that you could use anyone you wanted which was good news as I could now shop around and find the best prices. I found a few sites but managed to find the best prices through Conveyancing Calculator where ADK Law came in 2nd cheapest (ADK Law were £650 cheaper than my local solicitor!). I didn't want to go with the cheapest after reading their reviews, and after reading the reviews of ADK Law, I couldn't see any negative feedback like what the other solicitors received. So, after looking at a lot more other firms, I couldn't find any that had low fees and high reviews, so I chose ADK law. I am so glad I did go with ADK Law as they didn't disappoint, but overall I would score them 95/100 due to a few little issues.

Before i get to the negatives, these were the positives: You could easily get through to the firm and speak with the solicitor either right away, or he would get back to you the same day or the day after, which is really good! Your emails were replied to either same day or the following day, which again, is very good! The price was amazingly low as mentioned earlier! The solicitor never talked down to you making you feel small or awkward at any point, and he was very nice and pleasant throughout, his name was Waqaas. The distance wasn't an issue as I was selling.

The negatives: The only negatives I would say were towards the end of completion. As I have never sold a property before, all this was new to me and so I didn't know how it all went and I didn't really understand it all properly. The buyer wanted to move into my property at a set date which she always said it must happen on, to which i was working to anyway. The stress levels rose because I was being told by Waqaas that the date wasn't going to happen while the buyer said it will, and i was in limbo as i needed to move my stuff out and find a rental place and this was hard due to owning a dog. It did all complete on that date. However, since talking to Waqaas, I now understand that once contracts are exchanged, you can then set in motion a move-in date later, so you don't need to move out already prior, and I think that he was just warning me that there was a possibility of it falling through which would mean that I have moved my stuff out and signed up to a rental unnecessarily (and I do know that the buyer was being very pushy and unreasonable, exactly what Waqaas said), so I now see what he was saying, but I knew this wouldn't fall through because the buyer was desperate to buy and move into my place. So this isn't anything bad, its just me not understanding and a bit of mis-communication. So the only real negative experience I had was receiving the cheque off them. I told them that I needed it ASAP (to buy bonds with it for the next drawer), and I was told it will be and was sent out on the Friday, which meant that it ought to have arrived Saturday, but it didn't. The cheque finally arrived on the Wednesday as it wasn't franked till Monday (date stamped on the envelope) and wasn't probably posted till the Tuesday as they might have missed Monday's post, which meant I had then received it on the Wednesday. I didnt like the fact i was lied to about when it was posted, and that when you called the receptionist up, she couldn't confirm if the mail was posted 1st or 2nd class and that she had to pass me to the solicitor to call me back to tell me how it was sent out etc, surely the receptionist must know how the companies mail is sent out and you don't need to pass this question for the solicitor to deal with? Anyway, i'm disappointed that I received my cheque late, which meant I couldn't buy the bonds in time for the January's drawer, so apart from this, I couldn't fault them at all. I did not regret going with them and I do strongly recommend anyone to use them. Thank you Waqaas.
