Really fantastic exerience with ADK. At first I wasnt happy with how things were being dealt with when communicating with the first solicitor but they immediatly addressed my concern and put me in touch with a different solicitor- Bilal - who was absolutly fantastic.<br><br>Really quick with replies and kept me in the loop every step of they way, I couldn't ask for a better person to trust with all th elegal proceedings on my house purchase.

I have done work with ADK law before and I cannot fault in anyway Farrah and her team. They are efficient, on the ball, polite and incredibly understanding. We have worked through what was thought to be a straightforward sale but turned out to be unbelievably tedious. Farrah was exceptionally helpful and thoughtful in her management. I’m very grateful to Tom Ellor and William Speakman who were my family’s solicitors in selling a central Sheffield apartment and negotiating the transfer of a small piece of land for parking. Most of the negotiations were done by email exchange, with some by phone. Tom guided me through all the processes, as well as patiently explaining issues of conflict of interest between the parties involved. He and William were always approachable, clear and professional, yet friendly. Many thanks to Bilal and the team at ADK for their diligence in our recent house sale and purchase conveyancing transactions. I was initially a little bit concerned about working with a company that was geographically distant from me, but this was never a problem. We were selling a house to our sons and I was dealing with a solicitor recomended by estate agent for sale and adk for purchase (who just found on Internet). The solicitor for sale was useless (typical solicitor, never replied to emails, calls,etc and extremely slow). Adk on other hand were a breath of fresh air, always replied promptly, and always helpful and didn't have any issues with them. Based on my experience I would definitely recommend adk and stay clear of estate agent recommendations which are probably just based on who pays most commission.

We completed in 11 weeks, which we are delighted with.
