The regional firm, which has offices in Birmingham and Solihull, was placed alongside some of the UK’s largest national and international legal practices in research measuring clients’ likelihood of recommending their law firm.
The research uses Net Promoter Score, a widely recognised measure of client satisfaction, and is calculated using responses to the question: ‘On a scale of 0–10, how likely are you to recommend this firm?’
The findings of the research draw on nearly 200,000 client responses from across the UK. Firms required at least 150 client responses and multiple Legal 500 rankings to be included.
Commenting on the research and its findings, Karen Moores, senior partner at Sydney Mitchell, said: “Being recommended by a client is one of the strongest endorsements a law firm can receive.
“This Legal 500 research and its recognition of Sydney Mitchell is particularly significant because it is based on the experiences and confidence of the businesses, organisations and individuals we serve.
“Our aim is to build trusted relationships, provide clear advice and help every client achieve a positive outcome.
“To be ranked among the four most highly recommended law firms in the West Midlands, against international and national firms, is a tremendous reflection of the care and commitment shown by colleagues across Sydney Mitchell.
“I would like to thank our clients for continuing to place their trust in us and everyone across the firm who contributes to the experience they receive.”
