Spoken Lyrik is a brand-new YouTube channel, comprised of three university students who are passionate about the performing arts. They are set to create a year’s worth of content on their shoot day which is the 3rd of April 2021. They plan to release a video a week starting from the end of April. These videos will be from artists all across the UK, the main recruitment has been focused one the areas of Birmingham, Manchester and London.
The channel is dedicated to providing performers a platform to be recognised for their original work. Enhanced and bought to life by the professional recording done in the studio. Allowing bedroom poetry to be elevated to a professional standard.
The content is to inspire others to write and perform, effectively keeping the arts alive by reviving the value of self-expression in a positive way. By doing so they aim to provide magic for the masses, with a goal of making poetry a key corner stone within the performing arts world.
