The 17,994 sq ft, three storey office building in Coleshill will now undergo a comprehensive refurbishment, before becoming RJS Ventol’s new head office.

This deal is part of the latest expansion plans for RJS Ventol, which will see the company expand its team by roughly 15 per cent over the coming months and into 2027.

In addition to its new Birmingham head office, RJS Ventol will continue to operate out of its existing office in Milton Keynes.

Malcolm continued: “Coleshill’s office market is a key component of the highly active M42 corridor, which continues to offer businesses a popular alternative to Birmingham city centre.

“Despite global uncertainty, 2026 has been an encouraging year so far for deals within the M42 corridor. Last year, we saw take-up in the area surpass both the three and five year averages, and I am optimistic that this trend will continue throughout this year as well.”

Situated off Gorsey Lane in Coleshill, 1 Bromwich Court has easy access to the M42, M6 and M6 Toll. Plus, Coleshill Parkway Railway Station, The National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham Airport and Birmingham International Railway Station are all within a 10 minute drive.

In 2023, the business expanded its services to act as the Principal Contractor for clients and deliver ‘end to end’ projects.
