Lichfield-based personal stylist Sophie Shelly spoke about the theory of colour during a Women in Property Midlands networking event.
Sophie, who is also a personal stylist at House of Colour, explained why some colours make people shine and demonstrated if they were better suited to cool or warm colours through a live demonstration.
Speaking about the session, Rebecca Humes from Women in Property said: “What a fantastic evening of learning, networking and confidence-building as we explored the science behind colour analysis and discovered how understanding our individual palettes can help us present our best and most authentic selves.
“Knowing is the key to glowing when it comes to colour analysis - A special thank you to Sophie Shelley for sharing her expertise and bringing colour theory to life through engaging demonstrations and practical insights.
“Her passion and knowledge made the session both inspiring and enjoyable.”
