Edward Johnson joins the company with over 20 years’ experience leading and growing industrial businesses across the globe.
Most recently he served as strategy director at Michelin’s Advanced Sealing Technologies business line, supplying engineered components to the aerospace, energy and industrial sectors.
Having led teams across four continents, Ed combines deep sector knowledge with a proven track record of international growth.
Ed holds a first-class degree from Oxford University and is fluent in Mandarin, a skill honed through his years working internationally.
After years working around the world, he is returning to his home city of Birmingham.
