The consultancy is on the lookout for blue-chip organisations, SMEs and individual professionals seeking more proactive and sustainable approaches to leadership, workforce performance and long-term organisational success.

Founded by Jules Mitchell, The Mental Wealth Revolution (TMWR) delivers workshops, leadership development programmes, keynote speaking and consultancy services focused on human capacity, nervous system regulation and workplace performance under pressure.

The organisation works across multiple public and private sectors, including healthcare, justice, defence, emergency services, education and business leadership.

The announcement comes at a time when UK employers are facing increasing concerns around stress, burnout, absenteeism and workforce sustainability.

Research from Deloitte UK estimates poor mental health is costing UK employers approximately £51 billion per year, with presenteeism representing one of the largest hidden costs to organisations.

Recent research from Mental Health UK also found that 91 per cent of UK adults experienced high or extreme levels of stress during the last year.

Jules Mitchell said: “Forward-thinking organisations are beginning to recognise that human capacity is no longer simply a wellbeing conversation.

“It is directly linked to profitability, workforce sustainability, productivity and long-term business performance.

“When people operate for prolonged periods under chronic stress, it impacts communication, decision-making, leadership capability, absenteeism, staff retention and overall workplace culture.

“Proactive human capacity education helps organisations create healthier, more effective and more sustainable workplaces before individuals reach burnout or crisis point.

“Businesses that proactively better understand human behaviour and performance under pressure are often better positioned to reduce hidden costs linked to absenteeism, presenteeism, disengagement and staff turnover, whilst creating more productive working hours, stronger workplace relationships, better home lives for employees and, ultimately, increased organisational profitability.

“Becoming a CPD-approved provider allows us to bring this work into even more professional environments in a credible, structured and measurable way.”
