The Birmingham-based media planning and buying agency, part of the global Mediaplus Group, entered four runners in this year's event: Spencer Mo, Anna McDonald, Hannah Politzer, and William Baines. Together they raised an impressive £1,141 for FareShare Midlands, the region's largest food redistribution charity.

Building on that momentum, Mediaplus Connect has pledged to donate towards FareShare Midlands' Big Give Winter Appeal 2026, helping the charity support communities across the Midlands during the most challenging months of the year.

The partnership reflects Mediaplus Connect's commitment to making a positive difference in the region it calls home. As an IPA Platinum CPD accredited agency, personal and professional development sits at the heart of its culture - values that align closely with FareShare Midlands' own employability and training programmes.

FareShare Midlands rescues good quality surplus food and redistributes it to 650 charities and community organisations across the region, helping to feed around 60,000 people every week. The charity also delivers employability, training and volunteering programmes designed to help people build confidence, skills and brighter futures.
