
Ben Lyons joins the firm as commercial property partner and will be based at the firm’s Birmingham city centre office.
He will advise the commercial property team’s diverse range of clients on the acquisition, disposal, and management of commercial property assets.
He joins Sydney Mitchell from Knights LLP where he was a senior associate in the commercial real estate team based at the Solihull office and has practiced across the West Midlands since 2011.
Ben said: “My areas of focus include commercial property sales and purchases, commercial landlord and tenant matters, site development, and secured lending and finance.
