Birmingham will host the 12th annual Inspiring Leadership Conference in June 2026, with organisers announcing a series of new features designed to enhance the experience for delegates.
The two-day event, held at the ICC on 4 and 5 June, is expected to attract around 1,000 senior school leaders from across the UK and overseas. It is billed as the country’s longest-running leadership conference dedicated to education.
Blackberry Events, the event management partner of the conference, say all sessions will now be CPD accredited, offering delegates formal recognition for their professional development.
A new charity partner will also be announced, reflecting the conference’s focus on environmental and social impact.
In addition, a “visitor passport” scheme is being introduced to encourage networking and engagement with exhibitors.
This year’s Gala Dinner will move to Birmingham Library, giving delegates exclusive evening access to the venue’s rooftop terrace overlooking the city.
Georgie Butler, director of Inspiring Leadership, said: “Our focus on ensuring the Inspiring Leadership Conference remains a valuable, inspiring and enjoyable experience for our delegates has become even more important as the conference enters its twelfth year.
“We hope the new developments at this year’s conference will further enhance the conference experience at both a professional and personal level for all attendees and we look forward to welcoming everyone in June.”
The event will feature high-profile keynote speakers, workshops, masterclasses and an exhibition area showcasing organisations that support the education sector.
Early bird discounts are available until 31 December 2025, with further savings for group bookings.
