How To Make Easy Fudge

Want to find out how to make fudge without cooking anything? Read on to find out how!

For this recipe you’ll need 400g of chocolate, a 397g can of condensed milk, 25g of butter, 100g of icing sugar, a non-stick pan/microwave safe bowl, a wooden spoon, a baking tray and parchment paper or similar.

Start by breaking up the chocolate into small pieces so it melts more quickly and evenly, and then place into a non-stick pan or microwave safe bowl with the condensed milk. If you’re using the pan, put the heat on low and stir occasionally until it’s melted and smooth.

However, if you’re putting it in the microwave, stir the mixture in between 10-20 second bursts, again until it’s melted and smooth.

Mix the icing sugar into the mixture and stir until you can no longer see any white. Pour into the baking tray with parchment paper already in there, smooth over the top and add your final ingredients. The fudge can be topped with nuts, almonds, blueberries or mini marshmallows. Once you’ve done that put it in the fridge for an hour.

Baking is a great way to create homemade treats that show you care, but for big events like weddings you’re going to want the best you can get your hands on.
