Her journey in education began at George Dixon School in 1992, marking the start of a distinguished career that has included teaching and leadership positions across Walsall, Worcestershire, and Birmingham.

She has actively engaged in Governance and School Improvement Boards, emphasising the significance of networking and school-to-school partnerships.

Katherine has spearheaded strategic improvements across a variety of institutions. In her current role as headteacher at Saint John Wall Catholic School, she has guided the school from receiving a local authority warning letter to achieving an Ofsted rating of ‘good’ with ‘outstanding features’.

Jas Rohel said: “I am delighted to join Titan Partnership as CEO. The charity’s legacy of fostering collaboration, innovation, and excellence aligns seamlessly with my professional values and aspirations.

“I am eager to lead a team dedicated to creating positive change in education, forging impactful partnerships, and contributing to the growth and empowerment of learners and communities.

“Together, we will embark on a journey of innovation, inclusivity, and educational excellence, building on Titan Partnership’s rich history and shaping a future where we make a positive impact in education for establishments where every student thrives and reaches their full potential.”

Katherine Marston said: “As the headteacher at St John Wall Catholic School, I’ve witnessed first-hand the benefits our staff and students have gained from being part of Titan’s network.

“It’s been an invaluable resource for us, and I am excited to support Titan throughout this interim period.

“Having already met some of you, I eagerly anticipate connecting with more members during the upcoming network events.”

Titan supports schools, develops staff, and inspires students by providing a range of programmes and opportunities focusing on personal development, careers and skills and raising aspirations.

Working with employers and key partners across the city, Titan continues to transform the lives of Birmingham’s children and young people.

Its teacher training programmes are designed to ensure that schools are provided with the next generation of outstanding teachers and leaders.
