Founded in 1997, Brookbanks has grown to employ more than 150 people across ten offices in England and Wales, supporting clients on complex development and infrastructure projects nationwide.
The investment has been made alongside Brookbanks' management team, led by CEO Andrew Thorley and Chairman Paul Boileau, who will remain significant shareholders in the business.
CBPE's investment will support the next phase of growth through continued investment in people, expansion of service capabilities, geographic development and a targeted acquisition strategy.
The transaction was led by Headpoint Partner Richard Benyahia, supported by Henry Baker and John Westall, and further strengthens the firm's growing track record advising investors on growth investments and strategic transactions within the land, development and infrastructure sectors.
Richard Benyahia said: "Brookbanks has established a strong reputation across the development and infrastructure sector, combining technical expertise with a highly commercial approach.
“CBPE's investment provides a platform for the next phase of growth and we are delighted to have advised on this transaction."
Brookbanks will continue to be led by CEO Andrew Thorley, Chairman Paul Boileau and the existing leadership team.
