As an experienced coach who has worked extensively with professional services sector, Rebecca has observed a common theme among her clients: a struggle with confidence and awareness of their strengths.
This is particularly true for less experienced employees who often find themselves grappling with feelings of self-doubt and imposter syndrome as they enter the corporate world surrounded by more self-assured individuals with years of learning under their belt.
Rebecca said: "Have a think about the following questions:
“If you have answered “no” to three or more of the above questions, then the chances are your mindset is getting in your way of success. Your skill set is sorted but sadly that only makes up 20 per cent of our performance.”
Hope Adie, client services director at award-winning software and creative agency Colonel Duck, attended all three sessions for 2025. She said: “I attended all three Bounce Mindset sessions because I felt they provided an immense amount of value to my personal and professional development.
“Each session was insightful and full of practical tips to help build self-awareness, grow confidence and achieve goals.
“What I really valued was that it was not just theory; Rebecca shared pragmatic, actionable tools that could be applied straight away. I came away from the sessions feeling empowered and regularly reflect on Rebecca’s words when approaching challenges, communication and working towards my ambitions.”
Building on the 2025 sessions, 2025, the next sessions will be looking at:
