Fisher German’s commercial property management team has overseen T3, a modern three-storey office building with a basement floor and 49,595 sq ft of floorspace, since 2018.
Guiding Light Investments chose to retain Fisher German rather than appoint a new agent due to the standard of its work on the building to date.
Since Fisher German came on board, it carefully managed tenant relations during a repair of the building's multi-storey car park and a full replacement of its mechanical and electrical systems.
That work was completed during a wider refurbishment of the whole building, carried out floor by floor to minimise disruption to existing occupiers.
Solar panels and 28 electric vehicle charging points were also installed to improve the building's environmental credentials.
